NDC Employee Testimonial Video

Niemela Productions partnered with Niemela Design & Construction (NDC) to create a compelling employee testimonial video designed to attract top construction talent. Through an in-depth discovery session, we worked closely with NDC to define their vision and the story they wanted to tell.

We then executed a half-day shoot at NDC’s office to capture candid employee interviews and a half-day shoot on-site at an active project to showcase their crew in action. The result? A powerful, authentic video that highlights NDC’s strong company culture and what it’s like to work in the field.

The finished video was seamlessly integrated into NDC’s newly designed website, helping to elevate their recruitment efforts and connect with skilled professionals who align with their values.
